RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:<\/div>\n
Buyer; has the right to withdraw from the contract by refusing the product without taking any legal or criminal responsibility and without giving any reason within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the product. Upon the Buyer’s declaration to the Seller that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal within the applicable period, he shall fill in the sample right of withdrawal form attached to this contract and send it to the Seller by any of the communication methods specified in this contract. The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the Seller.<\/div>\n

ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS<\/div>\n
4.1. The parties to this contract are the Buyer and the Seller, and all obligations and responsibilities regarding the fulfillment of this contract belong to the parties. This contract enters into force on the date it is electronically approved by the Buyer.<\/div>\n
4.2. The buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that he has read and understood all the information about the features and conditions of sale of the product subject to the contract specified in Article 3, and that he has given the necessary approval for the purchase of this product.<\/div>\n
4.3. The seller is responsible for the delivery of the contracted product in a sound, complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order.<\/div>\n
4.4. The Seller will make every effort to resolve the Buyer’s complaints regarding the issues arising from this contract in a reasonable time and manner. The Buyer will be able to direct all kinds of complaints to the Seller by sending a message via\u00a0info@celebrityjewellers.com<\/a>.<\/div>\n

ARTICLE – 6 AUTHORIZED COURT:<\/div>\n
Consumer Problems Arbitration Committees in the Buyer’s or Seller’s place of residence are authorized up to the value declared by the Ministry of Customs and Trade every year in the Buyer’s applications regarding all kinds of complaints and objections and in other disputes that may arise regarding this contract, and the Consumer Courts are authorized for disputes above the said value. .<\/div>\n
